All content on zenscio.ai — including design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Altascio Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Business case outputs generated through the Decision Studio using your inputs are owned by you. We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve the service.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The service integrates with third-party APIs and services, including Anthropic's Claude API. Your use of the service is subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for the conduct, performance, or policies of third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altascio Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
